The opportunity

We're hiring a Growth Marketer to own top-of-funnel growth and channel execution for AI Council and Zero Prime. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who wants to build the growth engine of an ecosystem surrounding the frontier builders of AI.

You'll drive conference registration and community growth for AI Council, while also growing the Zero Prime brand and the Founder's thought leadership audience. You'll build funnels, run experiments, and track the data closely enough to know quickly what's working and what isn't.

We operate like a startup. You should know how to stretch a scrappy budget and execute at a rapid pace. We also believe in building IRL: this is an in-person role at our Jackson Square office.

What you will own

Growth & Acquisition

• Own demand generation campaigns across social, email, and other distribution channels to drive attendee registration for the flagship AI Council conference.
• Develop and execute a content and SEO strategy to grow email and YouTube subscribers.
• Build AI Council's presence in developer and AI/ML communities by engaging in online forums, events, and platforms.
• Identify and test new channels and distribution opportunities to reach technical and engineering audiences.

Content & Channels

• Plan and execute content distribution campaigns across web, email, and social, in partnership with the social team.
• Create retention and engagement initiatives across new and existing community channels: X, LinkedIn, Hacker News, Reddit, Discord, Slack, and more.

Events & Community

• Drive the conference marketing plan end to end, including website, email, social, out-of-home, and strategic partnerships.
• Create conference marketing assets and collateral, digital and print.
• Support the speaker CFP, sponsor fulfillment, and ticketing customer service.
